Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• To start a return, please contact us at fear.carpediem@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

• Worn, washed, or damaged products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
